If you had between 10,000 and 24,999 you'd get one percent off and if you had less than 10k GamerScore you'd get a gift on your birthday (which you've probably seen on Reddit before, it's a stupid print your own birthday card email thing). But it used to be if you had a GamerScore above 25,000 points you'd get a two percent discount.
